Celebrate Giving Tuesday With a Gift to your County United Way
A generous anonymous supporter of our cause has donated $3000 that will flow to CUW programs a dollar for dollar match for the first $3000 donated on Giving Tuesday. Donate on Giving Tuesday, knowing that you are helping CUW receive up to $3,000 in extra funds.

2. Contact CUW via email at [email protected] or call our office at 301-722-2700 between 9 AM and 3 PM on giving Tuesday to arrange your gift.

County United Way works year-round to address health, education and human service needs in Allegany, Garrett, Hampshire and Mineral Counties. Housing, financial stability, education, hunger and hygiene are just a few focus areas where we have big plans for the coming year.
As we begin to plan for the year ahead and the resources we hope to bring to our community. We will be depending on your help. Thanks to your support, we’ve accomplished much in 2023 and are looking to do more in 2024. This Giving Tuesday, you can continue to help United Way in the following ways:
Fundraising on Facebook. If you’re on Facebook and would like to display your commitment to United Way to your friends and family, please consider creating a Facebook fundraiser. For example, a small goal of $250 goes a long way in supporting United Way programs. Volunteer. If you’re unable to make a gift or are not active on social media, you can still be active in your community! Please onsider signing up for one of the upcoming volunteer opportunities at United Way or one of our partner agencies to serve your community in fun, uplifting and impactful ways.
